As part of the Registration process, a Security Question and corresponding Security Answer will be stored, which will help later if you forget your password when signing in.
If you should forget your password when signing in, we will ask you your 'Security Question', and invite you to type in your answer.
If your answer then matches your stored 'Security Answer', this will confirm your identity and we can reset your password.
The Security Question can be anything you like, for example 'What is the name of your pet?' or 'Where were you born?'.
However, please be careful when setting up your Security Answer. If you do forget your password, your typed answer must exactly match your stored Security Answer for your identity to be confirmed.
